May 1 Philadelphia report says the anh morine beat Fulton and her convoys the Mindona and tug Storm Klang reached the Delaware breakwater when an explosion occurred aboard the Fulton shortly after arrival. Four crew were injured, one possibly fatally, likely from gasoline. Injured include Lt Arthur MacArthur USN with a severe head wound and Lt Oscar Kohen of the Austrian navy with severe bruises.
