E. Soule a noted Iowa Falls railroad man and Knights Templar figure died at his home Friday night at age 70 from a paralysis stroke. He moved to Iowa Falls in 1864 and later held key posts with the Burlington Cedar Rapids Minnesota and Rock Island railroads including trainmaster passenger agent and general passenger agent before retirement after the 1902 merger.
