A jury in Syracuse New York returned guilty verdicts on all counts against Baron Eugene Oppenheim Dr Howard J Rogers and Richard Murphy of Amsterdam for conspiracy and aiding in embezzlement from the First National Bank of Amsterdam The jury deliberated about thirty minutes late tonight in the case It was the guilty verdicts on all counts in the indictments against the three defendants.
