Washington Oct 12 The Navy Department has completed a definite plan to deploy a naval patrol along the Atlantic Coast if the German raids continue. The plan calls for the entire destroyer force active and reserve, with light cruisers, navy tugs and other auxiliaries to defend American waters and block secret bases ashore or shore radio links to belligerent ships.
W H Day of the Y M C A El Paso and Leonard Phiing of New York City will speak to Santa Fe men and especially the youth at a banquet Tuesday evening in the assembly room of the public library. The event is hosted by the Woman's Aid Society of the First Presbyterian church.
