El Paso Tex November 21 ownership of the El Paso Times morning and Sunday has passed to H I Slater publisher of the El Paso Herald since 1597. He bought every share of the capital stock and will direct publication of both papers with their present names and multiple editions for mail and local distribution. Both papers are members of the Associated Press.

Pueblo Woman Dies After Knife Attack by Husband

Grace Murray died in a Pueblo hospital after being beaten and slashed with a pocketknife by her husband James T. Murray. Murray is held on murder charges while W. P. Holland, shot by Murray, is a material witness with a neck wound.
