Long Beach Cal May 2 The collapse of a girder almost rotted away caused the municipal auditorium wreck last Saturday leading to about forty deaths. Experts blame the decayed girders in the center section as the jury finds death by collapse and suffocation without assigning blame.

Diamond claimed to have killed Meagher on a steamboat at Cow Island in the Missouri and thrown him in the river.
Portland report finds no county record of the murder or disappearance of George Mitchell connected to a 30 year old confession by Pat Miller also known as Frank Diamon. Old peace officers recalled no such case in their histories.
