Northern Pacific reports North Coast Limited train No 2 was held up near Bear Mouth Montana on May 27 by a lone bandit armed with dynamite. The robber blasted the safe, knocked out the guard and was then bound and turned over to authorities in Drummond. Express messengers Wilson and Laub attacked the assailant, saving passengers with no valuables lost. Both men to receive $1,000 rewards.
