A woman identified as Mrs M Bochuster, manager of a large flour operation, was held to the federal grand jury by U S Commissioner Sam Kelly after authorities charged her with hoarding 1300 pounds of flour and 50 pounds of another item. The case centers on county food control and federal food hoarding laws.
