Rochester, May 31. Frank Aiey, 65, of Brockport, was saved from drowning in a creek by passerby Herbert Chapman a Clarkson fruit grower. Half an hour later Chapman struck Aiey along Lake Road south of Clarkson Corners, fracturing his skull and causing his death at the county hospital.
