Berlin May 4 Official returns from all sections show the Socialists Clericals Democrats and People’s Party have won enough mandates for a safe majority to support a government pledged to carry out reparations experts recommendations.

Early returns indicate continued strength for the coalition despite gains by nationalists and communists while ultra reactionaries led by Ludendorff failed to grow. Ballot delays persist with only a fraction of Berlin precincts reporting.
