In circuit court a Department of Justice agent testified as a state witness in the William Foster criminal syndicalism case. The witness described a convention held in sand dunes near St Joseph with delegates seated on planks on cement blocks and identified key figures, documents, and procedures from the August raid.
Denver reports unsettled south and north portions Tuesday with warmer conditions. Wednesday brings unsettled and cooler weather. Arizona forecasts generally fair Tuesday with unsettled north and colder northwest Wednesday.

Belgrade March 19 AP reports yesterday’s Jugoslav election results show the radical party of Premier Pachitch with 116 seats and the peasant party led by M Raditch with 68. Pachitch and foreign minister Ninuchitech were reelected from Belgrade. The communists and republicans won no seats.
Six United States army airplanes completed a 16 day flight from San Antonio to Porto Rico arriving in San Juan at 10 58 this morning. The journey included stops in New Orleans Montgomery Miami Havana Camagüey Guantanamo Port au Prince and Santo Domingo. Major Lanphere called the Santo Domingo to Porto Rico leg the most lonesome portion of the route.
