Winslow Arizona March 13 The Navajos living off the reservation north of Winslow have grown more violent in recent weeks. Stockmen report entries into ranch houses theft of goods poisoning of a dog and meat, and cattle depredations. Two Navajo suspects were jailed, and meat samples sent to a chemist. Stockmen plan a formal complaint to the Indian Bureau in Washington seeking control over roving Indians.

A Faneuil Hall audience condemned the court as biased and the laws as favoring one class. Copies of the resolution were sent to President Taft Vice President Sherman and Speaker Cannon.
Colorado Springs reports General J. Palmer founder of Colorado Springs will be cremated at Riverside Cemetery in Denver after his body is taken there tomorrow. Ashes will return to Colorado Springs for Wednesday funeral services. In New York, Mrs. Charles W Morse confirms her husband’s fortune was dissipated and she sold furniture and jewelry to meet trial obligations.
