A government statement says the next draft will mobilize about 600000 men to fill current organizations and provide replacements. The move aims to rapidly build up the nation’s fighting force and sustain manpower for ongoing military operations.

Dr Jose Suiob a deputy from Queretaro was shot and killed while fleeing authorities in Queretaro according to FEI Universal. The report says he revolted with a small band and was killed during an escape, justice claimed under the ley fuga law of flight.

Colonel Geronimo Padilla was killed as Villa’s men looted Magistral killed residents and dynamited a power plant.
