Herbert Geisler, blind since age five, graduates Thursday with highest honors. He completed four years of classes with a 7 percent average, a school record, earning the World Memorial Scholarship of 200 at the University of Chicago. He credits his sister Carol as his eyes at night.

French cotton trade accepts terms of PAGT agreement

Washington reports full acceptance by the Havre cotton exchange of the international cotton conference terms.
