Shriners Return From Pilgrimage To Raton
Noble Lillian Naylor McGugin leads about thirty five members of the Ballut Abyad Temple in a three day trip to Raton. A parade, shrine banquets at the Masonic hall and Seaberg hotel, and a camel ride portion marked the visit. An accident occurred when H C Allen fell from a camel or horse during the procession, with initial reports attributing it to W N McGugin who denied it. The group says the stay was excellent and they had the time of their lives.
