News from Santa Fe reports completion of arrangements for July 20 news bulletins via Mountain States Telephone for the motorcade from Albuquerque to the capital. Trulletine will relay messages from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, with badges and a one third rail fare for delegates.
Professor Al Janowski of the University of Warsaw enrolls for the Jemez expedition of the School of American Archaeology from August 17 to September 5 to excavate Amoxiumaque ruins a mile above the Jemez mission church. Mrs. Ly. W. Wilson also enrolls. party leaves Santa Fe on horseback via the Pajarito plateau.
Timbers and piling for the Carrizozo bridge on the Carrizozo Alamogordo road have arrived. The 60 foot piling and creosoted lumber for the Ilo Puerce bridge on the Los Lunas Gallup road are on hand. The Carrizozo bridge will cost about 4000 dollars. State Engineer James A. French notes Becker cut-off remains preferable to the old road, with rains and travel improving it. Enigneer J. W. Johnson covered the cut-off in four hours recently.
Ganade Arizona Republican Hubbell predicts he will win the Arizona Senate race after a visit by Surveyor Dunnington of the interior department. Dunnington attended the Hubbells Navojo reservation home and Hubbell expects the primary will name him the Republican candidate with strong statewide support.
Santa Fe June 30 state officials received salaries in full today as the salary fund stood ample enough to cover payments on the due date. The on time disbursement marks a strict adherence to the payroll schedule at the capitol.

The group endured four hours of aid and arrived late, worn but unharmed, while Mr. Bell showcased the Santa Torriara company boom footage and local New Mexico mountain scenery for an audience including state officials.

Santa Fe reports the Sangre de Cristo snow patch has disappeared two weeks earlier than usual. Yet climbers on Mount Baldy and nearby peaks still find snowbanks thirty to fifty feet deep in shaded spots and large snow patches near Nambe and Holy Ghost lakes. The Chimayo mountain arrowhead cliff remains visible above the city.

Twitchell showed lantern slides to an audience in the Palace of the Governors featuring colored pictures of museum rooms with murals May day scenes in the plaza and high school grounds lumber camps north of Santa Fe the great tie boom in the Rio Grande Comanche canyon and the Embude Every view praised as superb.

Santa Fe June 20 Superintendent and Mia Alvan White depart for the National Educational Association meeting in St Paul via Denver. After the convention he plans educational rallies in Rio Arriba and Taos counties then institutes in Las Cruces Hillsboro Silver City Clayton and Mountainair concluding July 26. The four week Santa Fe institute cost 561.95 per a state education department filing by County Superintendent John V Con way.
Governor McDonald on return from his ranch receives an invitation to the launching of the battleship Nevada in Quincy Massachusetts. He cannot attend due to public duties but the question is raised who will name a ship after New Mexico.
In Santa Fe and at Las Cruces the Spanish-Americans schedule July 4 gatherings to discuss candidates for the Republican and Democratic tickets. Speakers include George W.
