Santa Fe Feb 25 The House passed a resolution to submit Amendment 10 raising legislators pay to seven dollars a day with three dollars for expenses and mileage at ten cents. Palmer of Taos voted no citing potential benefits to four year terms. House also advanced banking, tax and jury reform bills and pondered public lands and grazing fee changes. Adjournment set for Friday.
