Man Charged With Padding Payrolls Jailed in Santa Fe
John H. Ryder, 28, former state highway department worker at Las Vegas, charged with padding payrolls to steal about $8,000, was extradited from Arizona and jailed in Santa Fe county. He was arrested at a construction camp near Fort McDowell, 65 miles from Phoenix. Ryder has a wife in Phoenix.
