Three Army planes traveling from Dexter Missouri to Indianapolis Indiana were routed via Belleville and Scott Field Illinois. Lieutenant M H Jones stayed with Hill at Dexter until 4 pm and then arrived at Scott Field at 5 10 pm. Two planes had earlier diverted to Scott Field while one retrained at Dexter due to motor trouble. The group plans to continue toward Indianapolis the next day and Lieutenant Hill is to join them.
