Young girl dies at railroad crossing in Rocky Ford
Hagel McBride a 13 year old girl daughter of Mrs A K McBride was killed at the Main street crossing of the Santa Fe railroad when struck by engine No 601 westbound. She had come from a ranch south of the city to run errands and was returning home when the accident occurred.
