President Wilson and Mrs. Wilson arrive in Paris amid cannon salutes and crowds estimated in the millions. Poincare Clemenceau and officials greet them at the station. In Chicago on December 14 1917 defense and prosecutor clash as excerpts from the American Socialist and a Rockford speech by Adolph Germer are read to jurors.
