House Passes Sherwood pension bill amid Democratic opposition

Insane machinist falls to death from Masonic Temple beam
J F Greek a El Paso machinist stripped naked on the nine teenth floor of Chicago's Masonic Temple and leaped to the rotunda floor 270 feet below. The Serwood pension bill passes at night 229 to 92, with adjournment at 9 48 p m until Wednesday noon.
