James Dalzell Brown general manager of the suspended California Safe Deposit and Trust company was arrested for embezzlement but could not post a $75,000 bond and remains in the city jail. David F. Walker president of the institution arrived tonight in custody from Santa Barbara, where he was arrested yesterday.

They name Dr L D D Ricketts once superintendent of Old Dominion Mining now GM of Fireene Catahea. he is in Cananea and a warrant has been served. Ball was fined $16,000 by Judge Nave.
