Blake Bayes of a local automobile agency was fatally injured in Phoenix at 2:80 pm when the propeller of an airplane he had just cranked struck the back of his head, throwing him ten feet from the machine. He died at the local hospital.
Reports from El Paso indicate Juarez troops ordered to entrain for Vera Cruz as rebels blow up a railway section at Canitas Zacatecas north of Mexico City. Juarez excitement follows news of the Sanchez revolt and disrupted mail between Mexico City and Torreon.
Jalapa the capital of the Vera Cruz state fell to besieging revolutionary forces at 4 o clock Saturday. Rebels captured two generals and the provisional governor Angel Casarin along with machine guns rifles and horses. An unconfirmed report says Berlanga and Mayer were executed after a summary court martial.
A war department report from Benora states Yaqui Indians are united in support of the Obregon administration. It says Indios are prepared to support the government militarily if needed and that calm exists in the state amid the brief dispatch.
Honolulu December 1 a correspondence report states Waiipines born in the Philippine islands cannot gain American citizenship by adoption unless they serve in the U S navy or naval forces. Japanese born in Japan are never eligible per Territorial Attorney General Mathewman. The opinion affects many Filipinos with federal naturalization certificates and could trigger revocation actions.
