Utah defeated Utah cultural college 14 to 0 to win the Rocky Mountain Conference football championship in Salt Lake City. Poor conditions hindered play but Utah produced key plays including a fumble return and a punt formation rush for points.
Prohibition agents report a new Juarez based operation to move liquor into Texas. Rented cars without drivers are loaded with alcohol in Juarez and crossed to cross the bridge where smugglers unload while renters and companies risk seizure. Tipsters alert officers to suspected vehicles at the bridge.

Danville Kansas November 30 Centre College defeated University of South Carolina 42 to 0 in Kentucky during the Thanksgiving football game. Centre relied on the aerial attack completing 14 forward passes for an average gain of 19 yards per pass. Six Centre touchdowns were followed by kicks with Lemmon converting four extra points and Captain Roberts adding two more.

In Denver Colorado on November 30 the Colorado Aggies defeated Denver University 27 to 6. The Aggies relied on a powerful rushing attack while Denver struggled to stop the line. Denver managed a single early touchdown after the opening scoring, as the Aggies controlled most of the game.
Bobby Barrett of Clinton Heights Pennsylvania defeated Pal Moran of New Orleans in eight rounds in Philadelphia. After a close opening three rounds Barrett surged ahead. Also results include Alexander Hart of Cleveland stoppING Johnny Dundee of New York, Fennie Bass of Philadelphia defeating Billy Mascot of New York, Johnny Brown of England defeating Martin Judge of Philadelphia, and Joe Tiplitz of Philadelphia defeating Shamus O'Brien of New York.
The final A A A 1922 season automobile race at Beverly Hills Speedway in Los Angeles was postponed at the start due to rain. The 250 mile race will be rescheduled for next Sunday, speedway officials announced.
George W. P. Hunt, governor elect of Arizona, plans to continue his liberal policy and urges rapid Diamond Creek power development. He appoints HL. William Goodsell Rockefeller, son of the late William Rockefeller and nephew of John D. Rockefeller, died of pneumonia at his New York home. He formerly served as treasurer of the Standard Oil Company of New York.

Byron Finness Thady a 25 year old switchboard operator in New York was awarded the Theodore N. Vail gold medal and 500 dollars for wartime public service during a Pueblo incident on June 19. He kept communications running and improvised lamps when power failed to allow operators to continue work and saved vital records. Verda Ray Townley and Etta Willcox also received medals and cash for emergency actions in Freeport Texas and Williams Iowa during storms and robberies in 1921 and 1951.
Washington reports show Democrats ready to renew their filibuster against the anti lynching Dyer bill while Republican leaders push to keep the measure alive The timing hinges on adjournment decisions for the extra session and whether the Senate will break the filibuster before Monday noon.
Mike O'Dowd of St Paul led on points before Dave Rosenberg of New York was disqualified in the eighth round for low blows. The New York State Athletic Commission credited O'Dowd with the victory as Rosenberg's receipts were frozen pending an inquiry by the commission.
