Mineral and Livestock Exhibit to be one of the best at the big show in October. The Qugorro County class is appropriating funds to compete and attract attention with a premier display. Local organizers expect strong participation and community support.
The Socorro County Board of Commissioners approved a 500 dollar appropriation to fund a county exhibit for the New Mexico State Fair in Albuquerque October 11 to 16. A three member committee will oversee the collection and presentation of mining displays and agricultural goods to showcase the county’s resources.
