Reports from Galveston transmitting Valparaiso earthquake news say tremors continued Friday with wrecked buildings and probable loss of life. Seismograph at Baldwin, Kansas, logged a 7 27 Friday morning quake, supporting earlier private messages of Chilean shocks and Valparaiso damage.
