Richard Luther died in a Kingman hospital from a head blow and knife wounds after entering a drug store seeking medical help. Police lack witnesses and he refused to name his attacker before dying. The case remains unsolved with no identified suspect.

Judge D D Woodmansee noted Ohio campaign needs education on the tariff.
