Included are President Christopher Columbus Wilson and General Manager C C Galbraith. Parker expected to surrender. Bail set from 4 000 to 250 000 with parole on first charge and two days to post bail on second. The company shows 29 million in stock outstanding.
Christopher Columbus Wilson, president of United Wireless, indicted on two conspiracy counts, appeared at city hall tonight after hours and took out a marriage license. He stated his age as 64 while the bride listed hers as 19. his name appeared as Stelle Lewit in the record.
Oklahoma Senator Gore will testify as the Mc Murray contracts probe begins in Muskogee. The investigation concerns bribe offers of 25000 to Gore and a House member to push through coal and asphalt land sales depriving Chickasaw and Choctaw Indians of millions in profits.
Magon Villareal and Rivera, Mexican revolutionists held on neutrality law charges, were released after fourteen months in the federal penitentiary in Florence Arizona. They vowed to continue opposition to Diaz and return to Los Angeles where Mexican supporters planned a demonstration.

In Florence Colorado on a mining camp night, Italian Petey Salvi shot and killed Tony Buattiere in a Coal Creek saloon. Salvi was rushed to Canon City to avoid a mob after Salvi killed Battiste, a Dialian rival, during a quarrel over a young Italian woman. The incident sparked Italian miner calls for lynching Balvi.

He alleges up to 300 habeas corpus files were tampered with in the Northern District of California clerk’s office, involving a collusion with a deputy.
A scheme using altered habeas corpus documents to admit three Chinese nationals and children. inspectors estimated two Chinese expected to profit about $10,000 from the fraudulent land entry scheme as the plot was uncovered.
Representative Joseph G. Cannon refused to comment on the Kansas insurgent victory awaiting complete returns. He noted that primaries were also held in Missouri and Oklahoma, adding he has nothing to say until results are complete.
