Funeral for Mrs. Charles G Ward Held at Home

The service for Mrs. Charles G. Ward was held at her parents' home, 1802 West Fruit Avenue, attended by many mourners. The eulogy celebrated her life, with music by local singers, and the casket will move to Lexington, Missouri, for interment with her husband and brother. Mrs. Ward, born July 31, 1879 in Lexington, grew up in Albuquerque after moving with her parents for health. She married Ward on November 19, 1902, and had spent recent years with her parents while her husband pursued law and newspaper work.
