July weather in Denver and Albuquerque includes partly loud nights with a thunderstorm threat. A long list of residents and visitors pass through Albuquerque and Santa Fe, with many names and movements among miners, merchants, railroad workers, and officials noted in brief personal paragraphs.
The Commercial club considers a proposal from eastern capitalists to build a shoe manufacturing plant in town. Promoters are scouting a site and, if satisfactory arrangements are reached, work on the plant will start soon. A stenographer is needed, and a young man is sought for a bakery wagon position with own wagon and good references. Also listed are wanted bookkeepers, sale of machinery and furniture, and a reward for a Mason’s emblem ring.
Gaspar Galegos and Celso Sedillo were arraigned before Justice of the Peace Homere in old town this morning on the charge of disorderly conduct following a fistfight near the Albadderque Indian school Saturday. Sedillo fined $6. Galegos fined for carrying a pistol. Garcia Gor case appealed to district court. manager of Singer Sewing Machine Co. held liable for horse bought by agent Jack Steward. Case dismissed in Justice court. Postmaster M. F. Mancon of Cherryvale butchers stock of medicines and recommends Chamberlain’s Colic Cholera and Diarrhoea Remedy.

Anderson is hailed as an expert cook and Marcus as an experienced manager, inviting patronage. Also notes Kennedy's Laxative Cough Syrup advertisements and C May's shoe store promoting cool summer footwear.
