City council discussed paving and drainage, with Mayor McKee seeking material choices and faster action. Committees were urged to assess costs, with talks on a roadman, rent, and fuel finances and a petition on a Copper avenue saloon referred to the finance committee. Several petitions from various districts were read, and the city prepared to review mesa land title and light/utility arrangements.
