Mary M Workman and George Workman are notified of a Noble County Indiana Commissioners Court petition to locate a public tile drain. The route begins near the NE corner of a 50 acre parcel and details many directional segments ending in High Lake. Public drainage will affect lands and highways. taxes may be assessed. Proceedings set for February 1, 1909.
Funds for Noble County public funds will be received in Albion in January 1909. Banks and trust companies in Indiana may submit proposals to deposit Noble County funds under the Indiana act on public funds. Proposals must include bonds or collateral and be executed under state statute. W K Rosenburg presides. John W Earle secures attestation.
