Blue River ditch remonstrances filed as April hearing nears

Forty three new remonstrances joined about forty filed earlier, affecting 650 people across Whitley Allen and Noble counties. Obituary of Albert Hines Pioneer Noble County Resident

Albert Hines born July 18 1864 in Jefferson township Noble county Indiana died March 29 1914 at his birthplace after an operation removing nearly three hundred gall stones. He married Ida Shirk in 1886 producing Homer and Ida Colliers and after her death married Lillie Satherlin and had Floyd. Survived by wife three children two brothers Crawford Wilson three sisters and his parents pioneers George and Mrs Hines. Funeral held from his residence Rev Charles S Bream officiating interment at Sweet's cemetery. Card of thanks from Mrs Hines and family.
