Alaska Opens Noncompetitive Oil Lease Filings In Susitna Tyonek Areas
The State Division of Lands announced opening 341 020 acres across 144 tracts in the Susitna Valley and southern Tyonek for noncompetitive oil and gas leasing. Applications open January 4 at 10 p m and close February 4 at 3 p m with a $20 filing fee. Entries will be drawn to determine leasing priority.
