The chamber of commerce invites residents in Sandy Beach and Scow Bay to enter a three class Christmas decoration contest with prizes of 15 10 and 5 dollars. Frank Murkowski of Anchorage named to the post of Commissioner of Economic Development replacing William M. Dixon.
