The District One Precinct One registration board in Alamogordo Otero County will meet October 3 1908 at W K Stalcup's office for three days from 6 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm each day They will continue Saturdays until ten days before the November 3 election and will close the books on that tenth day New voters moving into the precinct or those needing to renew must appear to be registered and qualify to vote, with residency and nativity rules stated.
