Captain Victor E. Stottler U S Army retired died in Los Angeles California on April 24 at 6 oclock in the evening from lung trouble. He retired during the Spanish American War due to asthma and spent years traveling in the West before his death. He is survived by a mother and a son born at Fort Marcy.
