Taft Nominates New Mexico Supreme Court Judges
President Taft sent to the senate the nominations of Alfred W. Cooley and Merritt C. Mechem for associate justices of the New Mexico Supreme Court. Cooley, assistant attorney general, hails from New York and lives in Silver City.
