One Cigarette Is the Price of One Good Horse
Last Sunday near High Rolls two Hudman brothers driving to their ranch wagon fell over a steep edge on the Alamogordo-High Rolls road. One horse died, the other was saved after the wagon and boys plunged about 100 feet. Passersby—J. Q. Grant family, Mrs. Cannill and others—assisted. No injuries to the boys. The road, not officially opened, lacks safety railing. the incident raises questions of care and warning.
