Rainfall Graces Otero County and Western Range
A good rain drenched a large section of Otero county Tuesday night. In the mountains near 85 miles west of Alamo Gordo a mix of rain and snow occurred, snow melting quickly. Total precipitation reached 0.76 inch. Walter Baird reported nice rain on his ranch about 35 miles west of Alamo Gordo, noting improved range for this time of year.
