State Land Comm Cancels Lease and Orders Sale
Santa Fe New Mexico June 30 state land commissioner Frank Vesely cancelled an 81700 per year land lease and ordered a 0200 per year purchase contract substituted. The Ranch Realty Co of St Louis had been buying land in Otero county but the contract was cancelled and a lease issued at a hearing. Vesely voided the lease and reinstated the purchase contract.
