A $600 appropriation for the Kimoverdo Las Cruces Road was authorized on condition Dona Ana County and the State Highway Department match. Tax relief petitions by Mrs Delia Grant and Mrs J A Browning were sent to the District Attorney for potential relief. The Butcher Bond of Jesus Monje was temporarily held pending financial responsibility review.
