Mrs C A Garrett Passes Away After Ill Health

Mrs C A Garrett died Tuesday night at 6 30 at her home in Alamogordo after months of illness and strokes. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 3 30 p m at the residence conducted by Rev Ed LeBreton and Rev Taggart. She leaves her husband, a sister in St Joseph Missouri and two brothers in town.

New Menesco Wins National Honors at Livestock Contest

Delgado and Lueciato Buca county clerk of San Miguel were held in 4000 bond by federal commissioner Gallegos in Las Vegas on bribery charges. The death of J H Klean occurred at 1 50 this morning at his home on Michigan Avenue about 21 months after he was shot in the Lang from Mexican resident Juan Noriega during a survey along the Noriega boundary. W H Nicholas 77 of Des Moines died after emergency surgery at the Methodist hospital on Tuesday.
