H L a Salle leads plans for a summer resort at Highrolls featuring a 60 acre lake for fishing boating and irrigation. The Highrolls Development Company with Jones Fisher Kotosky and others will build cottages two three and four rooms with modern amenities. The lake covers six acres of ground and holds 3000 acre feet. a water right of 5000 acre feet will be sold for irrigation.
