Four trustees of Otero County Electric Co-operative Inc were re-elected at the annual meeting in Cloudcroft. J. Bryan Runyan was re-elected president, with R. E. Joseph Ed ward Stephens died Friday at Gerald Champion Memorial hospital after heart trouble. Funeral services were held Monday at Mullins-Hamilton Chapel with Rev. Ted Trent officiating.
