Mystery Farm Identified as Hartman Property in South Dakota
Last week's Mystery Farm puzzle proves to be Hartman farm near Akron South Dakota in Union County. George Hartman owns the 200 acre tract seven miles northwest of Akron and his son Wilbur has run it for a year. The farm sits two miles north of Union Creek and was acquired in 1947 from the Emil Peterson estate. Correct entries came from Town Jack Baker Carl Hitzemann and Earl Westadt with Dixia as the country.
