The Farm Holiday association held its regular meeting at Merrill hall last Thursday evening in Westfield. Bob Moore state secretary of the Farmers Union spoke, a program organized by Westfield township was well received. A two act comedy titled A Perplexing Situation featured Bernice Blum Mary Ellen Casler Helen Kichacker Helen and Stella Willer Lloyd and Clarence Bockelman Billy DeRocher Edward James Roy and Kathryn Kiewel Mrs Tony Bockelman substituted for Vera Willer who was ill with measles. August Erickson had two tumors removed from the palm of his hand at Sioux City hospital Saturday morning. Doctors say the case is unusual but not a serving shrubs, etc. A treat of cookies.
