Nightly Tribute to St. Joseph's Music School Ends in Honorless Injury

A man named Robinson, a nearly seventy year old early Sioux Valley settler, died at Samaritan hospital Sioux City after being injured when his carriage horses bolted and trampled him near his home west of town. He, a Scotch immigrant from Ontario, never married and left behind relatives in London Ontario. The Musc School program at Button Music Hall featured Miss Mae Gilmore on tone and a rich concert list including Weber's Der Freischutz, duets, choruses, and a humorous The Legend of the Organ Builder. The event drew many patrons and demonstrated strong talent from St Joseph's pupils amid purple and white decor.
