Mrs August Meske is a patient at Sacred Heart hospital LeMars. Trinity Lutheran Aid Society of Akron redecorated their house during her absence. The Meske family moved into the community a month ago. Frank Rubbert of Marcus was a caller Tuesday. The 4 H club of Westfield township met at Harvey Taylor s. Girls learned to crochet tugs and Mrs Van Wylie served lunch. At a joint Farmers Union and Farm Holiday meeting in Merrill Sam Mosher and Larry Webber were elected delegates to the governors meeting in Des Moines.
